Marie Ang is the Founder and CEO of Solomon’s Guild and the Asia Pacific President of Academic Management Group, LLC. She is a certified John C. Maxwell and ICF coach, mentor and serves on the advisory boards of several businesses in Australia, Hong Kong and Singapore.

With over 30 years of corporate management experience, Marie has worked in various countries and in diverse industries such as education, banking, finance and aviation.

Her personal goal and conviction are to help people convert from a wedding to a marriage, a connection to a relationship, a wondering generality to a meaningful specific, knowledge to wisdom, peace keeping to peace making and mediocrity to significance through helping others to build a stronger inner person, surfacing their intrinsic values and turning their head knowledge into wisdom and understanding thereby excelling in all facets of their life.

She is also an author and wrote about her experiences in leadership, personality, conflict management and relationship and is a sought-after speaker in various business, educational and professional fora.

Vincent Ang is the Co-Founder and Operations Director of Solomon’s Guild, an organisation dedicated to help people discover their life purpose and live meaningful lives.

He is an experienced entrepreneur, consultant, coach and strategist with over 20 years of corporate management experience, working with numerous SMEs and MNCs in diverse industries such as Professional Services, Mining, Training and Hospitality across the Asia Pacific region.

Vincent is a member of the Panel of Community Advisors for Honour Singapore and the current Chairman of the Honour Champions Community, a non-profit organisation that actively promotes the culture of honour and honouring in families, community and business. He is actively involved with his local church and community and conduct regular enrichment programs.

Vincent’s passion is to share the knowledge and wisdom from his corporate and business experience and the many mentors in his life. His vision is to help others reach their full potential.

As Digital Strategy Director, Joseph leads the development of various initiatives aligned to the fulfilment of Solomon’s Guild’s Brand Promise. A true versatilist, Joseph has played significant part in some of Singapore’s biggest projects in both the Services, Manufacturing and Education sectors.

He organised APAC’s largest trade events including Asian Aerospace, Asia Media Festival, International Design Forum, the largest ever tertiary Art & Design exhibition,  launched the Puttnam School of Film, launched SEA’s first Musical Theatre GradShow and managed Singapore’s largest Business Continuity Management project. He is also a Digital Content and Community builder with significant Twitter followers (40K), web reach (8M) in just three years. He founded a Technology Consulting firm and was later profiled in The Business Times, TODAY and other national media.

With 20+ years of growth marketing, digital product development and large project management, Joseph heeded the entrepreneurial call and pursued projects matched with his passion and later discovered his purpose – to leave a legacy of helping others discover their own unique purpose aligned with their passions and skills.

His mission is to be a provoker and enabler of new legacy makers through his current work at Solomon’s Guild.

MY PURPOSE IS TO SERVE YOU WITH COMPASSION AND SINCERITY

Dr Ho Boon Tiong is our Master Trainer and also an Adjunct Professor with the National Institute of Education and the Singapore Management University. He graduated from the National University of Singapore in 1985 and obtained his Diploma-in-Education (with credit) the year after. He holds a Master of Education specializing in effective schools research and management as well as a Doctor of Philosophy in the field of science teacher education, particularly in the domain of pedagogical content knowledge (PCK).

Boon Tiong is also a fully qualified and accredited administrator of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and is much sought after by schools and other organisations as a speaker and a workshop facilitator for his creative mind, lively humour, and enthusiasm. He loves reading, writing, running and swimming.

MY PURPOSE IS TO GUIDE YOU TO AN AUTHENTIC EXPERIENCE

As a Certified Facilitator of The Leadership Challenge Model & DISC Profiling as well as an accomplished Outdoor Adventurer Trainer in various disciplines, Jeremy Tang has built his Outdoor Education & Training career around a love of seeing people grow and develop. As a result, he’s amassed 18 years of experience in designing, delivering and evaluating as Outdoor Experiential Learning Facilitator

Jeremy has a natural and friendly facilitation style that helps him easily engage with people, so that he can truly personalise their learning. As a result, participants frequently leave Jeremy’s workshops using words such as ‘insightful’, ‘challenging’ and ‘engaging’.

Giving back & serving the needs of the community has also been something that Jeremy has been doing for the past 15 years. Mentoring a team of volunteers to plan and organise various programs and activities for families & youth have reinforced his motivation to Lead with Passion & Serve with Pride.
